Terms and Conditions | Portrait | Motor Sports | Landscapes | Seascapes | Terms and Conditions Printing  • Posters come in two finishes which are Gloss or Matt. please specify which finish you’d like when ordering. • There are two paper types available, the standard option is printed on high quality Fujifilm Crystal Archive paper, or for a small amount more  there is the specialist Crystal Archive Digital Pro Paper Type II (249gsm silver halide paper, 16% thicker than standard paper) which is ideal for  exhibition and commercial work.  • Delivery is Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Postage is calculated on an individual order basis dependant on what’s been ordered.  • Payment via PayPal or Cheque.  • Prices are liable to change at short notice. Prices will be confirmed prior to ordering and payment requested from yourself before the final order  is submitted to the printer.  • Canvases are printed on quality durable polycotton canvas machine stretched around a 3.7cm wooden frame. Better results can be produced  using the Premium Canvas but accordingly comes at a higher price. Premium canvases are printed on 100% cotton canvas hand stretched  around a 4.8cm wooden frame and neatly finished with backing tape. Both types can have the image wrapped around the sides or left white,  please specify when ordering. Standard Session  • Provided you have some room to move about, I can come to you and work in your home, back garden etc. with no problem. This way can  produce more relaxed shots as you're within your area of comfort. Alternatively, could meet and shoot at a venue of your choice, within reason  naturally, but essentially somewhere special to you and yours, a country park etc.  • Payment is required in full in advance of starting the Session.  • Sessions aren’t limited in time, we finish when the results we wanted have been achieved, and are totally fluid to your requirements.  • I aim to have Proofs available to view online within two weeks.  • Standard Sessions include two A4, four A5 or one A4 and two A5 Prints at the end. Additional prints can always be purchased after the event at a discounted rate.  Model Session • Model Portfolio’s include unlimited changes, different locations in need be, a mixture of styles (colour/Black and White etc.) and different  aspects (facial, three quarter and full length).  • After editing, I will provide Proofs from which you can select your “Ten Of The Best” which will be printed for your portfolio. • You will also receive a CD with the selected best images to use in your Portfolio... The images on this CD will be the cream of the crop,  retouched where necessary and edited to the highest standard. All the images on the CD will be web-optimised copies, smaller in size and  resolution but altered specifically for speed when emailing to agencies etc. The CD includes a licence allowing unlimited use of the photos for  your personal promotion (reprints, comp cards etc.) but they are not for resale. Please note, the photographer retains the copyright in all  instances. • From the images provided on the CD, choose 10 of your favourites which will be printed in high resolution on quality 12"x8" (A4) photographic  paper and presented to you cellophane wrapped. Additional prints of the same size and quality can be purchased after the Shoot at a  discounted rate.  • Please note that a deposit of £75.00 is payable at the start of the session with the balance coming due prior to the ten inclusive prints being  sent out to you.    Copyright  • Copyright is as standard retained in whole by Joanna McCarthy Morris under all circumstances without exception and may not be reproduced,  cropped or modified in any way without prior consent.
